To help ensure the safety of all athletes in our program, all coaches, assistant coaches, and team moms are responsible for completing the following requirements before the season begins.

 

PA Required Clearances (Volunteer Status)

Please complete all three clearances and be sure to select “Volunteer” for each application.

FBI Affidavit Option​

​

If you have lived in Pennsylvania for the entire previous 10 years, you may complete the FBI Affidavit instead of the fingerprint clearance.

Please note: The Greater Latrobe Youth Cheer Board will serve as the witness for this form.

Required Annual Trainings (NFHS)

All volunteers are required to complete the following annual NFHS trainings.

• Concussion in Sports

• Heat Illness Prevention

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest

These trainings are:

• Free of charge

• Required once per year

• Mandatory for all coaches and team moms

Once completed, please send your certificates to us for our records.

All required clearances and trainings must be completed and submitted before participation with athletes during the 2026 season.
