We at GLSD Youth Cheer understand that cheerleading can be expensive, which is why we hold regular fundraising events to help offset costs for our cheerleaders and parents. With the help of our generous supporters, we can purchase new equipment, attend events, and host an end-of-the-year banquet that celebrates all that we've accomplished. Join us in making a difference and supporting our cheerleaders!

 EQUIPMENT FUNDRAISER (Sponsor A Cheerleader) OPTIONAL 

We are offering an OPTIONAL fundraiser for those looking to offset their equipment costs. Payment is due upfront at registration for all equipment however, there are 'Sponsor My Cheerleader' cards. These cards allow families to collect sponsors for their equipment needs. Each cheerleader will only be permitted one card to cover equipment costs sold by GLSD, no additional.
 

TICKETS (3  rounds) REQUIRED FUNDRAISER

Each cheerleader will be required to sell between 5-10 tickets each round (depending on the final number of participants). Tickets are $5 each and go off on:
Father’s Day” June 16, 2024 (distribute at sign-ups)
-stubs & money due by June 11, 2024
-$25 PER CHEERLEADER BUYOUT
 
“BACK TO SCHOOL” August 10, 2024
- stubs & money due by August 1, 2024
-$25 PER CHEERLEADER BUYOUT
 
“Thank You to Our Sponsors” October 19, 2024
- stubs & money due by October 9, 2024
-$25 PER CHEERLEADER BUYOUT
Ticket Stubs/Money must be turned in during Fall Season practices
 
Mrs. Field’s Fundraising REQUIRED FUNDRAISER

-presales & money due Thursday, July 11th
PICKUP SATURDAY, JULY 20th, TIME: TBD

  • Sell minimum of 5 kits OR $30 BUYOUT

Cash or checks payable to GLSD. All ticket stubs and money are due by the date listed and required to claim the prize. Any ticket stubs/money not turned in will be billed to the cheerleader account. Cheerleader will become ineligible to attend the end-of-year banquet, receive gifts, and sign up for future seasons if their bill is not paid in full. 
 
THREE Chick Fil A Days
We are signed up for two promotional days at Chick-fil-A. Please share with your family and friends—mention GLSD Youth Cheer when ordering Chick-fil-A on June 13th, July 11th, August 22, and Sept 26, and our program will receive a donation.
 
FALL BASH REQUIRED FUNDRAISER
We will host a Bash in the Fall. This is a huge fundraiser for our organization.  Each cheerleader will be required to sell tickets for the bash. This will also be a volunteer opportunity, as we will need adults to help us work the bash!
